For over a year, many of you have asked when we would return. Your messages, encouragement, and support meant more to us than words can express. During this time, we have been working quietly behind the scenes — rebuilding, refining, and preparing something special for our community.

What was once Dutch Pot Caribbean & American Flavors is now being reborn as Dutch Oven Caribbean Kitchen.

This new space represents more than just a restaurant. It represents growth, perseverance, and a deep passion for authentic Caribbean flavors prepared with care and creativity.

We are excited to welcome you back soon to experience the food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality that we have been carefully preparing for you.

After more than a year away, we are finally ready to reopen our doors — and we could not be more grateful for the love, patience, and support you have shown us during this time.

Many of you remember us as Dutch Pot Caribbean & American Flavors. That chapter meant a lot to us, and it helped build the amazing community that surrounds us today. Over the past year, we took time to reflect, grow, and reimagine what we wanted our restaurant to become.

Today, we are proud to introduce our new name and our new vision:

This is more than just a name change. It represents our commitment to elevating Caribbean cuisine with the same heart, authenticity, and bold flavors you’ve always loved — while bringing a fresh, chef-driven experience to our community.

Behind the scenes, we have been working tirelessly to refine every detail: the food, the atmosphere, and the experience we want to share with you. Our goal is simple — to create a place where families gather, flavors tell a story, and every meal feels special.
