In 1993 Matt and I we're lucky enough to visit Espresso Vivace in Seattle and discover the ways of David Schomer; and it in large part set us on the path we've been on for the last 20 years. Even then we knew that Vivace was amazing. But little did we know that we had stumbled onto what arguably was and still is the holy grail of espresso.
Coffee master David Schomer is consumed by his passion for espresso. After decades of honing his craft, he is still on a mission to pour the perfect cup of coffee.
