Meet Chef Tony Kzaz, the man behind the Blue Masa Walleye at Río 1854. Blue corn masa crust, roasted poblano and corn, served about a hundred feet from the St. Croix.

We caught the man guilty in his tracks with his fishing pole in hand and forced him to tell the whole story. Coming soon.

Beginning at 8 PM on July 4, enjoy a special riverfront experience at Rio 1854 with front-row views of the fireworks over the water, alongside craft cocktails, dinner, and the atmosphere of the evening.

A $70 per person minimum spend applies for reservations after 8 PM. This amount goes entirely toward your food and beverage selections during your visit. There is no additional charge when the minimum is met.
