WOW!! What an awesome 16th birthday dinner in beautiful Marine on St. Croix! We had an incredible time creating a special birthday menu for an unforgettable celebration!

✨ Citrus Tuna Crudo 🥣 Zuppa Toscana 🍝 Beef & Goat Cheese Ravioli in Pecorino Broth 🍰 Tiramisu

And it's ALWAYS fun getting to play in the kitchen with my friend and brother, Grant Thompson! Great food, great company, and a whole lot of laughs along the way! ❤️

Thank you for letting The Global Chef be part of such a special milestone. Happy 16th Birthday! 🥳

When Orlando isn’t busy cooking for everyone else, apparently he needed a new hobby to keep himself busy… 😂

🍞 Making bread!

Because of course a chef’s idea of taking time off is… more time in the kitchen. 🤣

We’re not complaining though—especially if we get to be the official taste testers!
