Lolito will be closed today being Labor Day. Allowing our staff to enjoy the day means a lot for us and them. Please have fun at the fair and check out the many other amazing Stillwater restaurants. We open back tomorrow for regular lunch and dinner hours.

Loaded JoJo Potatoes
w/ birria gravy, cheese sauce, mexican crema, pico de gallo, pickled peppers
We recently started playing around with doing a latin version of poutine and this is what we came up with.
We start by frying jojo potatoes w/ tapioca & potato starch to develop a really nice crust. Then we toss them in our 'dad' taco seasoning. Next we top them with a smoked beef birria gravy, warm gooey queso fundido, buttermilk thickened mexican crema, heirloom tomato pico de gallo and finally pickled banana peppers. Cheers!
