Alfredo, mozzarella, Italian sausage, Honeycrisp apples, caramelized onions, sharp cheddar & hot honey.

Sweet. Salty. Cheesy. A little spicy. And before you get mad about fruit on pizza—tomatoes are fruit too. Take it up with science.

We lost a legend this weekend.

Ryan and I have spent countless hours before and after service blasting Every Time I Die through the QuickFire speakers - and sometimes during service when we’re feeling bold 😜. Andy and his riffs have been a giant part of our lives, so we wanted to pay tribute to Buffalo’s big man the best way we know how:

With pizza.

🍕 THE BUTCHER
A Buffalo chicken pizza for a Buffalo legend. Topped with blue cheese dressing and served with a can of the big man’s favorite beverage - Dr Pepper.

This one means a little more than Pizza of the Week. We’ll be donating all sales from The Butcher to help get guitars into kids’ hands, because we can’t think of a better way to honor Andy and the impact he had on so many of us.

And while you’re here - ask us to play your favorite ETID song. We will. 🤘

So this week we turned one into a pizza.

It’s like going to the State Fair, except you can sit down easier.

Huge congratulations to Randall & Keriann! We had an absolute blast hosting their wedding reception on the QuickFire patio this weekend. Good people, cold drinks, pizza, dancing, and at least one cowboy hat are the recipe for a pretty damn good wedding reception. 😂

Thanks for letting us be a little part of such a big day. ❤️

And remember: a couple that eats QuickFire together, stays together.

We took a perfectly respectable wood-fired pizza and sent it to the State Fair unsupervised.

Ranch. Mozzarella. Cheese curds. French fries. Dill pickles. Bacon. Cheese sauce. Then more ranch after the bake.

It’s excessive. It’s aggressively Minnesotan. It probably needs a ride home.

Oklahoma onion burger 🤝 wood-fired pizza.

Burger sauce, mozzarella + American cheese, seasoned beef cooked with a whole mess of shaved onions, dill pickles, sesame seeds, and another hit of burger sauce.

Basically a cheeseburger with no respect for boundaries.
