🌭🌭🌭We're bringing back our "Daddio" as the Wurst of the Week.

The "Daddio" puts all of Dad’s favorites in one tasty treat! We start with a giant Bacon Cheddar Bratwurst (we're talking 1/3+ of a pound here), and place it in a warm, soft pretzel roll. Then we top it with our beer cheese, a few crispy onion strings, some bacon crumbles, and our sweet and tangy barbecue sauce.

We'll have this available all week, so don't miss it, because it's so good! 🤤🌭🌭🌭

🌭🌭🌭 New week, new Wurst of the Week, introducing the "Atta Boy!"

The Atta Boy starts with your choice of an authentic Vienna Beef Hot Dog or Plant Based Dog served on a warm Brioche Bun. Then we top it with a drizzle of zippy creamy horseradish sauce, some melted cheddar shreds, chopped lettuce, fresh tomato slices and a few crispy onion strings.

🌭🌭🌭 This week we bring you a farm-fresh tasty Wurst of the Week, the "Santorweenie."

The Santorweenie starts with your choice of a Vienna Beef hot dog or Veggie Dog served on a soft, warm Brioche bun. Then we top it with a chopped salad of juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and red onion that we tossed in our own Greek-style dressing, and finish it off with some Feta Cheese crumbles. It's fresh, it's flavorful, it's summer vibes.🌞 But most of all, it's ridiculously delicious!😋

🌭🌭🌭 Wurst of the Week alert! We're bringing back 'The Last Straw.'

Choose from an authentic all-beef, Vienna Beef hot dog or plant-based hot dog. Then, we pile on the good stuff: melty cream cheese, fresh strawberries (from our friends over at Alex's Veggies ), balsamic glaze, and chopped green onions.

It's sweet, salty, savory, and tangy, because fruit on a hot dog is a game-changer.

🌭🌭🌭We're kicking off our SUMMER HOURS this week, and with that we're bringing back the "Seoul Train" as our Wurst of the Week. This is without a doubt one of our all-time favorites!

The Korean-inspired "Seoul Train" starts with your choice of a Vienna Beef Hot Dog or Veggie dog on a soft, warm brioche bun. Then we top it with spicy Kimchi-style kraut, a creamy Gochujang Sauce, a light drizzle of BBQ, some bacon crumbles (the plant-based version has crispy onion strips instead), and fresh chopped green onion. This drool-worthy deliciousness is the perfect balance of heat, fresh flavors, umami, and a light smoky sweetness.🤤

And just a reminder our hours have expanded for the season to 11am-7pm, Tuesday thru Saturday! So we'll see you for lunch AND dinner; and maybe second lunch...and second dinner. 🤣🌭🌭🌭

📣⛱🌞 Just a couple of quick announcements!

Next week, we will be CLOSED on TUESDAY, May 19, 2026. This will give us three solid days to get the shop and our outdoor eating area ready to kick-off our SUMMER SEASON.

Then we reopen on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, with our extended SUMMER HOURS of 11am-7pm (TUESDAY-SATURDAY).

SUMMER SEASON IS OFFICIALLY HERE! It's so exciting!🤗

📣 Today is the last day for our Wurst of the Week, the Bougie! We top this tasty authentic Vienna Beef hot dog with a couple of roasted asparagus stalks, fresh tomatoes slices, fried crispy onion strings, a drizzle of our own goat cheese cream sauce, a second drizzle of balsamic glaze and bacon crumbles. It’s fancy and delicious! 😋 And don’t worry plant-based friends, we also offer a vegetarian option.

It’s such a fan-favorite that we’ve already gone through 10 lbs of asparagus this week, so we grabbed another 4 lbs for today from our friends over at Alex's Veggies.

We’ll be here until 6pm this evening, so don’t miss out.

🌭🌭🌭The "Bougie Dog" is back as our Wurst of the Week! This dog has been a repeat every year when asparagus season rolls around, and no one grows the freshest than our friends over at !

We start with an all-beef Vienna Beef hot dog on a soft, warm brioche bun. Then we add two stalks of fresh roasted asparagus, a drizzle of our very own Goat Cheese Cream Sauce, some Balsamic Glaze, a couple of tomatoes, crispy fried onions and bacon crumbles. It's such a delicious celebration of the season.

PSST - we can leave off the bacon and use a veggie hot dog for our vegetarian friends! 🌭🌭🌭
