We recently had to remove our beloved ice bin because it was falling apart. It was the oldest piece of equipment we used. This bin saw 4 different owners in just over 50 years of use! Now that is a lot of ice! It held so much that Jim ‘Tumor’ would sell ice to other bars before ice bins and machines became the norm. We made sure to save the infamous left door. If you opened it, ice would fall out and spill all over the floor which was always fun. To us it wasn’t just an ice bin, it was a piece of Buffy’s history and it’ll be missed.
