First off, THANK YOU. Deeply.. Truly..
Thank you so much for all your Love and Support throughout these years.

I've learned 5 important lessons in my life & food business journey thus far and I'd like to share.

1. Your body is aching for you to listen.
It sends you somatic signals all the time. Pain, anxiety, tiredness, nausea, excitement, joy, hunger, fullness, temperature cues. All of these are clues your inner guidance system sends you to find balance. Cultivating personal practices of curiosity, wonder, stillness & contemplation creates a new level of respectful inquiry to what your body has to say.

2. You really are what you eat.
Nourishment choices are huge. We've been force-fed marketing schemes to imply health and quality on packaged products to push sales and big-food agendas --and feeding now into big-pharma systems...)

When it comes down to it, whole, single ingredient foods are the most nutritious and recognizable to the cells in our body. Anything else is just foreign materials our system struggles to identify and our energy pays dearly.

Think about it: whole, single food sources are sovereign, grounding and centering. While processed, packaged, programmed items (I can't even call them FOOD!) are scattered, chaotic, and broken. Think of those differing food energies you are ingesting and inviting into your body.

I could really dig deep in this one, and trust me, if you come along with me on the next journey into Nutrition Energy Coaching this will be a main pillar.

3. You can change anytime.
Yep, it's not easy, but it can be made simple. Small steps is better than no steps.

Change brings uncertainty. Uncertainty is uncomfortable. One of the biggest ah-ha's for me has been that nothing ever really amazing happens if you stay in the same comfortable, easy spot forever. The beauty and adventure of this world is in the uncomfortable, transforming into familiarity and then finding more things that challenge you. That's what makes life big and beautiful.

As the beautiful living organisms that we are, we are in constant flux. Our birthright is growth, change, uncertainty. That was what we signed for coming into the crazy game of life. I challenge you to find ways to keep expanding.

4. You don't have to do it alone.
We are communal creatures. We thrive when we are part of something bigger than just ourselves. Our community feeds our heart. Our hearts connect us to infinite possibilities. When we are isolated, we contract, we lose the spark of what the foundation of life is - heartfelt connections.

I often felt like I had to do it all myself, to figure it all out on my own. To be the island, the rock, have all the answers. Whoa, what an ass-backwards way I was walking. It fast-tracked me to burnout, bouts of depression and just being lost in what life should look like. Only when I started asking for help, seeking members in the community who were willing to witness me and who cared deeply for my well-being was I able to create healthy & sustainable change in my life.

5. If you're not having fun, something needs to change.
I ain't trying to be a debbie downer -- but if life is nothing but seriousness, relentless work and gruel, something's gotta give. How can we insist on inserting more play in our lives? More space to recognize the beauty and magnificence that is abundantly apparent if we would only looks for it?

I found myself after several years of making food into a business I was only looking at how I could make more sales & maximize profitability. The more focused I was on those qualities, the more I lost sight on what food was to me in the first place.

Nourishment. Medicine. Communal. Playful in flavors & textures. Art. A means to a vibrant & vital existence. Fun.

I'm inviting you into my pivot point.
I am embarking into Nutrition Energy Coaching.

Do you start the day feeling like you should have energy… only to find yourself running on fumes by 2pm?

Maybe coffee helps for a few hours, but then comes the frump. The to-do list feels twice as long. Little things suddenly feel so BIG. And by afternoon, even deciding what’s for dinner can feel like a major life event.

And if you’re caring for kids, grandkids, a home, work, or everyone else’s needs, there’s not exactly an “I’ll just rest today” option.

You want to feel more alive. More clear-headed. More patient. More you. You want enough energy to actually enjoy the people and things you love—not spend the day counting down until you can finally collapse on the couch.

Low energy isn’t something you simply have to accept as part of getting or being older or having a busy life. There are often clues worth paying attention to.

If this sounds familiar, I’d love to talk about it with you.

You can simply reply to this email, or we can have a relaxed one-on-one conversation and explore what’s been going on for you.

No pressure. No judgment. Just a conversation about getting a little more vitality back into your day. ❤️

I love and care about you,
Jessica
