Coffee drop!

A new coffee hit the shelves at the

Sumatra Aceh Pak Eki

It’s an intense earthy delight, roasted to City/City plus. Available in real, full pound increments, and always, less than a week past its roast date.

And as a quick note, some of you have asked why I haven’t switched to 12oz bags. The simple answer is coffee should come in 1lb bags. The switch to 12oz bags was just to reduce sticker shock and have it still appear to be the same size bag. I simply can’t get on that train. Just remember when you are looking to buy coffee to:

A: Check the roast date. If it doesn’t proudly display a roast date, don’t buy it.

B: Check the per oz cost.

*And as a final post script for those of you who have read through all this, Ambrose Coffee is going to be changing names soon. It will be the same coffee, just growing up a bit.

Facebook just Kindly reminded me that this day in 2016 the roaster was on a boat and I had just finished installing the workbench for her. She’s been taken apart, parts seperated and parts lost, assembled, ran hard and put away steaming to many times to count Not once has she failed to light or roast as good of coffee as I let her. Aproaching 5klbs. Thanks Mill City!
