Old Town Bistro is proud to announce that our own Ben Haines has recently been announced as the winner of the Hell's Kitchen "Best Steak In America" contest. The national contest was sponsored by Omaha Steaks. Ben will be recreating his peppercorn crusted fillet with blue cheese sauce for the Channel 9 Morning News Show out of Denver. We will announce the airing time when that information becomes available. To all of our wonderful costumers in the community of NE Colorado and our many patrons who have visited from afar; it is with great sadness and truly heavy hearts that we announce the closing of Old Town Bistro.

Old Town Bistro has been sold to a local business and will reopen in the Bistro's location. For those who still have Old Town Bistro gift certificates, the new owners will gladly honor those certificates.

Our final day will be Tuesday, September 25 and we will close at our normal time of 2pm.

We want to give a big thank you to all of the many loyal Costumer's who have allowed us to be a part of their lives. There really are no words to express our gratitude to the many friends who have become our Bistro family.
