We are making progress!
Today we received the permits that allow us to proceed with closing in floor drains and putting up dry wall. Yes, we are starting to pour some concrete this weekend!!👷🏽👷🏼‍♀️

The Loudoun County inspectors have been an amazing resource for us as we are moving along in the build-out process.

Build-out update!
We haven been making great progress over the past week. We cut concrete and dug up a ton of dirt to finally lay the pipes for our floor drains.
Hoping to finish next week 🙏

We have just received our Building Permit from Loudoun County. This will kick off our project to expand our existing bakery space to a total of ~8,000 sqft. It will also allow us to grow our production capacity as we automate and streamline specific steps in the strudel making process.

It's a huge step for us that we are very excited about. 🤩

Thank you to St. Regis Atlanta who invited us to come down from Virginia to serve our strudels at their afternoon tea. We will also be hosting a strudel making demonstration. 👨‍🍳

On November 30, 2018, we moved into our own commercial bakery in Sterling in Loudoun County. While it was overwhelming and quite scary when we started the build-out process, it was a crucial decision to grow our business.

Now, four years later, we are working on yet another expansion project. We are excited for what's ahead and we look forward to sharing our progress with you in the months to come.
