I am looking for an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience with broiler and grill cooking techniques, is confident preparing food from fresh ingredients, and thrives in a positive, family‑friendly environment. This role is essential in delivering high‑quality meals and maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items using broiler and grill methods with consistent quality.
• Handle daily food preparation using fresh ingredients, following recipes and portion standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking line, prep areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow proper food safety, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Contribute to a friendly, respectful, and family‑oriented workplace culture.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a line cook, including broiler and grill cooking.
• Ability to prepare ingredients and dishes from fresh products with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and family‑friendly workspace.
