Here is a paleo version of eating your burgers and fries. This is a much better👍🏻 version of your typical go-to burger and fries as it doesn’t leave you bloated🤰🏻and foggy🤦🏻‍♀️ in the brain🧠.

Just to clarify about ground beef being ‘a bad fat’: it is NOT 🙅🏻‍♀️ the beef that is the issue when it comes to raising cholesterol. It is the following:

🍔 The quality of the burger (not organic or grass fed).
🍔 The oils companies use to cook the fries/meat in (cheap oils like safflower and vegetable oil).
🍔 The 300cal gluten filled bun that comes with your burger.

I am thankful 🙏🏼 for several things today. To be able to seek opportunity in every situation is a trait I am beyond grateful for. Being open minded 🧠 in a time of many enforcements is crucial to getting through this pandemic. We all have a choice on how to handle life’s situations. Being more limited than usual, I hope that some of you are being creative 🎨 in how to make this time work in your favor.

For me, I chose to turn down PT school and focus on my business and different outlets where I can reach many people. I realized PT school would impede my bank account 💵, my connections with other people 🔌and most importantly- my mental health🙅🏻‍♀️. I’m confident that this decision will lead me to a more influential direction in my life. I want to spread my love for health and make an impact on the way people choose to think or perceive health 💭⚖️.
