WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING TO FILL DAY SHIFT POSITIONS WHO CAN WORK DURING THE WEEK AND SHIFT LEAD POSITIONS WHO CAN WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
Here at the Sterling, VA Tropical Smoothie Cafe, we are looking for passionate people who can deliver remarkable service. We know our employees are the most important ingredient in Tropical Smoothie Cafe's success and that's why we recruit the best and provide training, support and recognition.
Being a Tropical Smoothie Cafe employee involves all aspects of the following:
- Our priority is customer service: Team members must be friendly and professional towards customers and each other at all times
- Food prep: Team members will be trained to prepare food for use in the front of the house stations.
- Prepare recipes: Team members will be trained to complete orders (food and smoothies) according to our recipes. All orders are made fresh.
- Cashier: Team members will be trained to take accurate orders from our guests and handle money transactions.
- Restock: Team members will be trained to restock supplies and keep the flow of service running efficiently.
- CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN: Team members will be trained on how to keep the cafe in tip-top shape at all times!
- Friendly People Person: Team members will not be trained on how to be a friendly people person...you must already have that quality. :-)
NO COOKING OR FRYING IN OUR CAFE AND EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS ARE PROVIDED ON FOOD AND SMOOTHIES.
