It's 7 am and Subo is closed. Facebook For Business, however, will often (not always) tell you I'm "Open Now" at first glance. In bright green letters. Bright reD when I'm OPEN and it says I'm CLOSED. While this is bad for business, it is also a great inconvenience for my patrons. Plus they keep giving you guys my OLD phone number and won't let me change it. Grrrrr. With that, I've made the decision to switch platforms. Kinda. Still Facebook, but a personal page out of reach from most any technical business bugs. I'll keep this current business page (the one you're reading from right now) as it allows for reviews... and I like being reminded of my chaotic beginnings.

Who better than my favorite bibliophile to musically announce the big ch-ch-ch-chAnges happening at Subo beginning NEXT week on Wednesday, August 31??...

1. BREAKFAST HOURS. 5-7 am. Takeout only. Lunch still from 11-1, and dinner from 5-8.

2. WEEKLY MENU. Subo will carry the same satisfying foods Wednesday through Friday, and will change menus each time we open for a new week. No more daily variations. This adds efficiency to my prep-work and speed to my service, while affording us all the structure to switch things up on a weekly basis.

3. CUSTOMER APPRECIATION PROGRAM:
ATW80, is also my stab at introducing our community to global cuisine🍴🌎🌍🌏 🥄.
Join me and Phileas Fogg as we take a gastronomical trip Around The World in 80 days. Passports available to patrons beginning 8/31/22. For 11 weeks and 3 days, I will serve you meals from 11 regions of the globe. Your Passports will be stamped with said country/region when you purchase $16 in food and drink. At the end of 80 days, Passports with ALL 11 stamps (meaning you had purchased something Subo every week for 80 days) will serve as tickets to Subo's 1st Annual Global Dinner Buffet on Saturday, November 19, 2022, also Subo's Grand Opening. (A limited number of tickets otherwise available for sale to the general public and to holders of incomplete Passports.) Live music representing each continent, food for every palate.
