53 years ago my dad opened Apollo Coney Island. This was 10 years ago when we used to do coneys for a dollar to celebrate. My dad loved making coney dogs. He was happy just to be on the line and churn them out at a fast pace. When I get a big order I always think of him and how pumped he would get 😊❤️
