👉Let’s try a new item “Moo Klook Foon” (Thai: หมูคลุกฝุ่น) literally means “pork tossed in dust”.
It’s a dish from the Isan (northeast) region of Thailand, featuring marinated pork that is stir-fried and coated in a “dust” of roasted rice powder, chili, and herbs.
Here’s the breakdown:
• Pork is marinated (often with fish sauce, oyster or soy, palm sugar) to infuse flavour.
• Roasted rice (“khao kua”) is toasted until golden, then ground into a fine powder — that’s the “dust.”
• The pork is stir-fried at high heat so it stays juicy inside, while getting a crust of that rice powder + chilli + herbs on the outside.
• Served with sticky rice and dipping tamarind sauce

Must try our a new item. YUMMY!!
Isaan sausage — also known as Sai Krok Isan (ไส้กรอกอีสาน) — is a famous fermented sausage from Northeastern Thailand (Isaan region). It’s beloved for its tangy, garlicky, and slightly sour flavor that comes from natural fermentation.

🥩 Ingredients
• Pork or chicken — usually ground pork or chicken.
• Garlic — adds strong aroma and flavor.
• Salt — for seasoning and preservation.
• Pepper, rice and vermicelli noodles.
🔥 How It’s Eaten
Sai Krok Isan is usually grilled over charcoal until golden brown and slightly crisp.
It’s commonly served as street food or snack, accompanied by:
• Fresh ginger slices
• Bird’s eye chili
• Cabbage leaves
• Fresh herbs or sometimes sticky rice
The combination of sour, salty, spicy, and fresh flavors is classic Thai balance.

Let’s try a new item “ Wonton noodle soup” (in Thai: บะหมี่เกี๊ยวน้ำ – ba mee kiew nam)is a delicious of Thai culinary traditions.
Ba mee kiew nam =
• Ba mee (บะหมี่) → egg noodles
• Kiew (เกี๊ยว) → wontons
• Nam (น้ำ) → soup or broth
So it literally means “egg noodles with wontons in soup.”
🥟 Wontons (เกี๊ยว – Kiew)
• Ground chicken
• white pepper, soy sauce, and a touch of sugar
• Wrapped in thin yellow wonton skins and boiled until tender.
🍜 Noodles (บะหมี่ – Ba Mee)
• Thin, yellow egg noodles (springy and slightly chewy)
🍲 Broth
The soup base is lighter with vegetables
• Seasoned with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper
→ The result is a savory-sweet and aromatic broth with a Thai balance of flavors.
🧄 Toppings
• red roasted pork slices
• Blanched greens like bok choy or Chinese kale
• Fried garlic
• Cilantro and green onion
