Running a restaurant differs significantly from formal education. While culinary schools can teach you how to become a chef, there's no substitute for innate talent. Restaurants aren't institutions where one can learn management; it's a skill honed through experience. Crafting menus and overseeing restaurant operations require unique skill sets. In my opinion, these distinctions are crucial.
