📣 We're Hiring at Spare Rib Inn! 📣

We're looking for a dependable, long-term team member who is willing to learn a little bit of everything. The right person will have opportunities to work in multiple areas of the restaurant, including serving, dishwashing, and cooking.

💰 Pay Rates:
• Servers: $7.50/hour + tips
• Dishwashers & Side Cooks: $15/hour
• Cooks: $16+/hour depending on experience

✅ Must be at least 16 years old. Dishwashers are expected to train into a side cook position as they gain experience.

For someone willing to learn and work all three positions, there is potential for up to 40 hours per week.

We're not just looking to fill a schedule—we're looking for a versatile team member who wants to grow with us and be part of the Spare Rib family for the long haul.

If you’ve driven by Spare Rib Inn in the last couple months and spotted the bear out front… here’s the story behind it.

This piece came to us through the “Bad Art by Good People” fundraiser hosted by the Tri-C Club in Cuba, MO. We were proud to purchase it and bring it home.

Our friend Steven Wherry worked alongside artist Ben Sanders to bring this bear to life through chainsaw art, and we’re incredibly grateful for the craftsmanship and community spirit behind it.

It’s been sitting out front for a while now, and we’ve had a lot of folks ask about it—so now you know! Stop by next time you’re in, take a closer look, and enjoy a little piece of local art made with a lot of heart for a good cause.
