Spending time during the pandemic to try out new recipes :-))
This is Julia Child’s Tarte Aux Fraises w Creme Patissiere. I ventured to make this for as camping trip and it was a challenge to prepare all the components ahead of time and assemble at the camp site, but the result was well worth it and this strawberry tart qualifies for chef service!!

I am still offering private/ personal chef service in your home on a small, intimate scale, under the strictest sanitation guidelines and maintainance of social distancing whenever possible.
All food is prepared on location, and purchased for your event only. Please feel free to contact me with any questions and concerns.
