My friends, we have a big announcement!

I want to thank you all for supporting us for the nearly 3 years we’ve called downtown Stayton home to our little business. We’ve been through a lot of changes and have done our best to adapt to every curve ball thrown our way! But the time has come for us to make a big decision about our life and the best direction for us to take. If you’ve gotten to know Ryan and I very well, you know we are busy little bees and entrepreneurs in multiple avenues! So after much consideration, we’ve decided to close our downtown location at the end of October and take a few steps back and into a mobile unit. Going forward we are so excited to get into catering events! But as thrilling as new ventures may be, it does leave a heaviness in my heart to say farewell to my cute little shop downtown, and I will miss you all, as many of you have become dear friends to me. Keep any eye out for me as we build our unit and begin penciling in events on our schedule! I’ll be sure to share them and do my best to include plenty of local options to pop in and say hello. To you, my friends, this will not be farewell, only see you soon!

“And all at once, summer collapsed into fall”….YAY!!! The fall brings school, cool but not yet cold weather, all the PUMPKIN things, and if you know this girl well at all…HUNTING SEASON! The time has come to pack up, hit the mountains and chase the elk around for a few days. This go round the shop will be closed Friday 9/16-Tuesday 9/20, but I’ll be back with pumpkin flavor in hand on Wednesday! Wish me luck and I’ll see you all next week 😊

It may not officially be fall yet 🙈 but it is September, a month that brings loads of changes! Kids are headed back to school and sports, which unfortunately means my schedule down here at the shop is also subject to change. I will be returning to shorter hours Tuesday-Friday 6:30-2:30 and Saturday 7-3. With that being said, September also brings changes to the menu! For now I’m serving up a pumpkin caramel macchiato (pictured iced because let’s be honest, it’s hot out 🤪) to get the ball rolling into our beautiful autumn season and allllll the accompanying flavors 🤩 but get ready as I’m cooking up some extra special new things to be coming soon!!! 🎃 🍂 ☕️

MORE PLANT BABIES! My beautiful Amaryllis offered me a seed pod after blooming this year and I now have 40 baby bulbs ready for new homes 😊 I have a little more time and effort into these than the spider plants so I’m asking $1 each. The amaryllis is a STUNNING bulb that can be planted indoor or outdoor and typically blooms at Christmas 🤩 they take a little patience because it can take 3 years to reach maturity and bloom. But they are worth the wait!!! Second picture is of mature amaryllis, the blooms come in a variety of colors! Get yours before they’re gone!

Who is ready for Santiam SummerFest?!?! Don’t miss out on all the vendors and activities going on downtown tomorrow, it’s a great opportunity to get out and see what all our beautiful downtown has to offer! We will be open here at the shop from 7-5 😊

I haven’t really named any of my redbull concoctions, but this one really deserves a name! I’m calling it the Jawbreaker. A mystery DoorDash customer(not too mysterious, I do get their name 🤣) orders this on the regular, blended with blue raspberry, green apple, and pomegranate with some huckleberry marbling for fun. It’s spunky, and the colors together are like the layers of a jawbreaker! If you’re an energy drink fanatic, this one’s a must try 😊
