The wait is over — we’re excited to announce the soft opening of the Caldera Food Truck! 🎉

⏰ 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

As we get rolling, we’re taking this opportunity to learn, grow, and fine-tune our operations before our upcoming events. During this soft opening, please keep in mind that wait times may be a little longer than you’re used to as our team learns the ins and outs of serving from the truck.

Our goal is simple: to provide the same great quality food and service you know and love from Caldera while making sure we’re ready to serve you at future festivals, private events, and community gatherings.

We appreciate your patience, support, and feedback as we begin this new adventure. Come hungry, cheer us on, and help us make our food truck the best it can be! ❤️

🚧 Construction Update – Final Phase! 🚧

The last part of the road construction project will take place Monday, June 1st through Wednesday, June 3rd.

While our parking lot will be closed during this time, Caldera will remain OPEN and ready to serve you! 🌮🍹

Customers are welcome to park along Laurel Street or in the open section of Main Street and take a short walk to the restaurant. Highlighted are area to park and in red are walking routes!

We truly appreciate your patience and support throughout this project. We’re excited to be nearing the finish line and can’t wait to welcome everyone back with easier access soon!
