As I work on the new BRAND new menu, how many people are interested in Vegan or Vegetarian options? I am trying to decide how far to expand it.

Today is International Coffee Day, which feels like the right time to explain that the Anchor Point Passport is about considerably more than putting an “international” drink on a menu. Coffee already has a global story. Farms. Workers. Trade. Culture. Preparation. Family traditions. Different ways of treating the same basic ingredient.

Our Passport will explore fifteen destinations through coffee, tea, mocktails, food and small indulgences inspired by places around the world. Every recipe will still follow the Anchor Point approach: fresh ingredients, owner-created recipes, locally sourced ingredients where available and house-made components whenever they make sense.
This is not about claiming that six menu items represent an entire country.

It is about giving people a reason to taste something new, learn where an idea came from and keep exploring.
