When we started Wavee Shavee Ice almost 10 years ago- our plan was to be able to use it for good. To be able to gift back to the community that I grew up in and love. We appreciate your continued support as it means we are able to continue to support events and people in this community. We received this letter in the mail today and it brought me such joy. We love being able to gift the Special Olympic athletes as well as the teachers and volunteers a free Shave Ice. These athletes and volunteers and teachers put their heart and soul into making this a special event for everyone. As long as they will have us, we will continue to be there. Thank you for letting us be a part of this. 💕

Having a great day with the awesome athlete’s here at SHS for the special Olympics. Thank you to all of the teachers and volunteers that make this such a special day. Statesboro High School's Student Government is hosting a Spring Festival for the community on Tuesday, March 31, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Womack Field, located on the SHS campus on Blue Devil Ally. The free event will feature bouncy houses, games, the Bulloch County Schools Book Bus, and Easter Egg hunts for toddlers to high school students divided into age groups and time slots.
