Scratch Made Catering Scratch Made Catering - Catering, Ready To Go Meals, Cooking Classes, Private Chef SCRATCH MADE CATERING is a new business with years of experience.

After Jimmy obtained a Business degree from the Citadel, his love for food led him to culinary school at The Five Star Cloister Resort on Sea Island. There he completed a three year apprenticeship and earned his certificate in Culinary Arts. Jimmy worked in various departments of Sea Island learning all aspects of the culinary profession from baking to butchering. After finishing culinary school,

he went on to work at the best restaurants and catering companies in Savannah for a number of years. Now, living in Statesboro, he has decided to start a new venture of his own. In addition to offering catering on small and large scales, Scratch Made Catering will have weekly ready to go specials (think casseroles, dips, soups, salads), healthy prep cooked meals and cooking classes.
