DRY-AGED PORTERHOUSE — The best of both worlds: tender filet on one side, flavorful NY strip on the other. Dry-aged for deeper, more concentrated beef flavor.

RAVAL CAJUN DOUBLE-CUT RIBEYE — A massive 32oz wet-aged ribeye. Rich, heavily marbled and seasoned with Raval’s house Cajun blend for 24+ hours before hitting the cast iron.

DRY-AGED BONE-IN NY STRIP — Firm, beefy and balanced. Dry aging intensifies the flavor while the bone helps make this a steakhouse classic.

WET-AGED FILET MIGNON — The most tender cut of the lineup. Leaner, buttery-soft and served with peppercorn sauce.

We made this special steak for those who have tried it all…

RAVAL CAJUN DOUBLE CUT RIBEYE
Wet-aged, Chicago-style 32oz ribeye seasoned with our house-made Cajun blend — dry-rubbed, rested, and marinated for over 24 hours, seared and served in a hot skillet.

Applying our house-made Cajun rub beforehand creates subtle notes in the final dish. Smoky, herbal (and not spicy).
