I started this page as part of the organic evolution of my project and mission from God,,,to make the best pizza Jimmy and I can create. I am a second generation Master Pizza Maker with the passion for cooking, passed down by my mother, Father, Brothers Mario, Augie and Tony. (need I say More??) and so m
any people that were masters in their own right. it is not without the Blessings from a higher power that i am blessed with the help and support of our wonderful wives and children who are all so supportive and working hard to create a magical place to come sit with friends and be entertained by the chickens. I welcome artists to come paint something on anything ( a planter,wall, rock ETC) as part of a creative outlet and get on that wall for the community to see and have discussions about. I also welcome musicians to come with your instrument and share. We are donation funded so come eat, enjoy the micro pizzeria/farm/garden/ nice family place and let us eat and help us pay the bills and receive an experience for all your senses. because I have such a small space to operate and so many choices of pies I LOVE to make, eat and share with you, I will be rotating my menu to keep things interesting, FRESH to the taste buds, and I can be passionate about my work,,,,,,,,,,think It keeps things fun and interesting.
