Hello to all our amazing customers and friends!

I want to take a moment to congratulate the new owners of my former restaurant space and officially welcome Filoncono Café to West Brighton!

This neighborhood has a special place in my heart. I fell in love with West Brighton—and in return, West Brighton fell in love with Vento’s Restaurant. Now, it’s time to show that same love and support to the wonderful team at Filoncono Café.

They’ve done a beautiful job transforming the space, and it’s now a fantastic new addition to the community. I wish them nothing but the best as they start this exciting new chapter.

From all of us at Vento’s, we extend our warmest wishes for success, happiness, and a bright future ahead!

With a Heavy Heart, We Say Goodbye—for Now

Opening this restaurant was a dream come true. These past three years have been an incredible journey, filled with unforgettable moments, amazing conversations, and the best customers anyone could ask for.

From day one, I made it my mission to personally visit every table, introduce myself, and connect with each and every one of you. The support, kind words, and friendships that have come from this experience mean the world to me.

As many of you know, there are plenty of Italian restaurants along Staten Island to choose from, but Vento’s was something special—because of all of you.

Saying farewell is never easy, but we firmly believe that goodbye is not the end, the start of a new chapter.

To my incredible employees, from those who have been with me since the beginning to the newest members of our team, thank you for your dedication, hard work, and loyalty. We gave it everything we had.

Today is a difficult day for me and my family, but I can promise you this—we will be back, and soon. Please keep an eye out for what’s next.

Until then, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to our community, our loyal customers, and our amazing team. This isn’t goodbye—it’s just see you later.
