“The Philipsburger” was created 6 years ago when the We Are Inn was just opening in Philipsburg.

Begin with a half pound (8 oz.) Certified Angus Beef burger, add lettuce, tomato, onion, while preparing a quarter pound (4 oz) of ribeye steak mixed with fried onions, mushrooms, and whiz to pile on there and finally adding bacon and a fried egg! 🫣😳🤤

This has become a major pleaser for those who want breakfast, lunch, and dinner all at once!

SAUCE OR GRAVY? 🫣

In my household, growing up, it was GRAVY because it had pork and beef added. It was then thickened with tomato paste.

SAUCE was a marinara with no meat involved.

Other sauces: Clam Sauce, Alfredo Sauce, Garlic Butter, Pesto, Pizza Sauce, but for some reason when we had blue crabs from Jersey, it was Crab Gravy!?? 🤔
