Tsunami is a weekend special meal service, particularly catering authentic Indian-Subcontinent Cuisine in and around State College, Pennsylvania.
In almost every culture family is the basis of society, but subcontinental philosophy goes beyond that. It truly regards the union between a man and a woman as something pious and considers it as the most important social unit. Ancient philosophers have categorized love into five types - (1) K**a, or sensory craving, (2) Shringara, or rapturous intimacy, (3) Maitri, or generous compassion, (4) Bhakti, or impersonal devotion, and (5) Atma-Prema, or unconditional self-love.
Today, the Indian subcontinent is a land of confluence, with ancient philosophies seemingly entwined with modern western concepts. Valentine's Day, February 14th, has captured the imagination of younger crowds, and love is celebrated now, more than ever. This Valentine's Weekend, we are proud to present some of our greatest hits. Do not miss our "Valentine's Couplet", only for you and your special someone!
