One year ago, we opened our doors with big dreams, a lot of nerves, and a love for great sandwiches. Today, we’re just incredibly grateful.

Grate for our community — thank you for showing up, supporting us, and making us part of your routines, your celebrations, and your everyday moments. You’ve turned this shop into something so much bigger than we ever imagined.

Grateful for our team — you are the heart of everything we do. Some of you have been with us since the beginning and some of you are just starting your journey with us. Your energy, care, and hustle are what make this place worth coming back to every single day.

This first year has been full of lessons, growth, and a whole lot of laughs (and sandwiches). We couldn’t have done it without every single one of you.
