Daytime Server / Waitstaff

Martino’s Italian Restaurant in Stanley is looking for a friendly, dependable daytime server to join our team!

We are specifically looking for someone who is available during the day and can become a consistent part of our crew. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people, stays busy, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in giving customers a great experience.

Typical Hours:
Approximately 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on business needs.

Availability Needed:
• Weekday daytime availability
• Some Fridays
• Every other weekend required
• Additional shifts may occasionally be available

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and serving dine-in customers
• Taking accurate food and drink orders
• Providing friendly, attentive customer service
• Running food and assisting with our lunch buffet and salad bar
• Handling payments accurately
• Cleaning and resetting tables
• Stocking and completing side work
• Answering phones and assisting with takeout orders as needed
• Working together with kitchen and other front-of-house staff during busy periods

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work
• Is friendly and comfortable talking with customers
• Can work independently without constant direction
• Handles a fast-paced lunch rush well
• Notices what needs to be done and takes initiative
• Works well with coworkers and communicates clearly
• Has serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

✨ Exciting Changes Are Coming to Mindful Massage & Reiki! ✨

I have some exciting news to share! Beginning Sept 1st, 2026, Mindful Massage & Reiki will be moving to a new location:

📍 961 Pine Street, Stanley, WI 54768
Inside Bliss Salon.

This move allows me to continue providing a peaceful, welcoming space where you can relax, heal, and prioritize your well-being.

Along with this transition, there will be a small price adjustment to a few of my services effective today, July 20th. Changes are listed in the image provided. This change reflects rising operating costs and my continued investment in providing high-quality care, education, and the best experience possible for every client.

I am incredibly grateful for your continued trust and support. It is truly an honor to be part of your wellness journey, and I look forward to welcoming you to my new space!

What an incredibly successful day! ❤️ We can’t put into words how this day feels.

I love our community & beyond that shows up year after year. You guys are amazing. The patience, repeat returns, & flexibility do not go unnoticed!
To our Martino’s staff the feeling of giving back as a team and watching our community come together is such a huge joy- we appreciate you!
John and I could not do this without our crew and the department crews who show up—some of them ALL day!!!
We are so incredibly thankful for each and every one of you.

And a very big, special thank you to the guy who started it all for coming back and getting his hands dirty right alongside us— Haas. ❤️ We have big shoes to fill, and he doesn’t let us do it alone.
