Today is Zaida’s birthday!!!

It truly is so beautiful to see a woman with passion for her land, food, ancestors, family and sharing culture. With a heart full of good intentions and hard work, I am continuously inspired by my mom. You have taught me to be persistent with my dreams and the strength of independence.

The love for Oaxaca lives inside of me because of you.
