Our veggie bowl is both beautiful AND delicious… is there a better combination?!!!

Hi friends we are closed today as normal on Wednesdays but as we are getting close we do want to announce.

As most of you know Julio and Ashley are engaged and wedding day is now 31 days away- CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!

As a family owned and operated business this is a massive thing for us and due to the fact that most of our staff is one family.. we do have to announce we will be closed October 16-October 18 so that we can celebrate such a big day together.

As a small business we don’t take the decision to close lightly and there is a lot of anxiety that comes with that- so we hope to see you before October 16 and back again October 19 ❤️

Hi friends!!!! We have an announcement…

BIRRIA IS BACK THIS WEEKEND! We know how you all wait for our birria and we are are excited to bring true and authentic birria back to Greene County this Saturday and Sunday.

We will have birria nachos and our birria tacos! If you’ve never had our birria-now is the time!

We start by hand cutting the meat and vegetables, then we fire roast the peppers and cook everything low and slow until the meat falls apart in its own consume! I promise you friends… this is not like the birria that stays on the menu 24/7 at other places.. that’s why we only bring our birria back 4 times a year… and once it’s gone it’s gone.

So… come see us this Saturday and Sunday 11-8 for your birria while supplies last….

Grilled chicken or steak on freshly baked bread that we grill to perfection… then topped with beans, mayonnaise, cheese, avocado, lettuce, onion, tomato and jalapeños make this the PERFECT sub sandwich.

My pro tip is to add an order of our made to order fries. SO GOOD!!!

Hi friends! This is a big week for most Central American countries as several countries are celebrating their Independence Day this week. Today is El Salvador and Honduras’s Independence Day- tomorrow is Mexican Independence Day.

As you know here at Los Robles we have people from all 3 of those countries so this weekend we had an opportunity to take a group photo with most of our staff members. We were missing a couple people- but as we grow it gets more difficult to get everyone together at the same time!
