One of the questions we got while we were on vacation was about our family “tree” so it’s taken a bit of time but we have gotten together what we hope will be an easy way to explain 😂

In addition to our immediate direct family we do have a few members of our team that are not related to us but we still consider them family- so they will get their own post 🥰

We are here ready to feed you freshly cooked tacos until 8 pm today!

Try an order of our traditional chicken tacos..double grilled corn tortilla stuffed full of hand cut grilled chicken with our green sauce and cilantro and onion on the side!

Not into traditional?! Make them nacho style.. grilled flour tortilla stuffed with chicken and then topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream! 🤩

We are back and ready to serve you all starting at 11 am tomorrow morning!!! We’ve missed seeing you all and hope to see a lot of you to welcome us back tomorrow!

To start us off strong how about an order fajitas either choice of chicken, steak, shrimp or any combination served on a sizzling cast iron skillet with a salad plate of rice, beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and grilled tortillas.

We are closed until Monday July 6 at 11 am……but I’m not sure if you all saw on the news that someone climbed the Empire State Building!! We were shocked to see that they flew this flag once they reached the top 🤣😍❤️

We are loving reading the questions you guys have asked on my previous post… I’m going to answer all the questions we’ve gotten so far but please keep them coming! 😍😍

I’m not sure the best way to do this since this is my first time doing a Q and A session so I’m just going to list the questions with the answers! ❤️

1: Q-Can we make Mexican Street Corn as a summer special? A- Yes we can and we have done this a few times in the past as a weekend special! We will plan to do this once we’re back from vacation! So keep your eyes peeled! 🌽

2: Q-How do we make the best guacamole? A- first off you are so sweet to say that! Our guacamole is pretty great if we do say so ourselves..BUT… the secret for us really is… FRESH and HIGH QUALITY ingredients. We hand cut every veggie, juice every lime, and we are VERY picky with our avocados! We also lean toward a more avocado heavy recipe versus “filler” veggies.

We also received a question asking about our family and who each person is. Thank you for this and it’s something I’ve been wanting to answer for a while so this question will get its own post! 😍❤️
