I started Flinders Lane because I was homesick. 🇦🇺

Seriously. I moved from Australia and couldn't find the food, the vibe, the feeling I grew up with. So instead of missing it quietly, I built it. Right here on Summer Street in Stamford.

Flinders Lane isn't just a restaurant. It's the place I needed when I arrived, and couldn't find. Every dish on the menu, every cocktail, every warm welcome at the door. it's all rooted in that same feeling.

Missing home turned into something I'm incredibly proud of.
