💚 A Time to Rest & Restructure 💚

After 11 wonderful years of serving our community, Cooking With A Twist is taking the month of September to pause, rest and restructure.

This season has brought many changes, and we believe it is important to take time to breathe, reflect and prepare for what God has planned next. Please know that this is not goodbye—it is simply a time of renewal and transition.

Thank you to every customer, family, friend and supporter who has poured so much love into Cooking With A Twist throughout the years. Your continued support has meant more to us than words can express.

We are resting, restructuring and getting excited about what’s next! Stay connected—we look forward to sharing this new chapter with you soon. 💚

God has allowed the closing of my space to become a blessing to other Black-owned businesses. So many Black business owners came out to support us and purchase items for their own businesses. We are incredibly grateful for all the love and support. I’m also thankful that we were able to clear out about 98% of the space. Even in an ending, God will create a new beginning and allow you to be a blessing to someone else. 🙏🏾❤️

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the love, well wishes, and support as I transition out of my brick-and-mortar location. Although we are closing the doors to our physical space, Cooking With A Twist is not closing!

We are still available for mobile cooking classes, full-service catering, and meal-prep services. I’ll also be hosting cooking classes at temporary locations, so stay tuned for upcoming dates and details.

Please continue to keep Cooking With A Twist in mind for your cooking classes, celebrations, catering, and meal-prep needs. This is not goodbye—it’s simply a new chapter! I’ll keep you updated on everything Cooking With A Twist has coming next.

Thank you to everyone that came out, cooked, laughed, learned, and celebrated with us. The atmosphere was filled with love, good food, great energy, and unforgettable memories. Seeing mothers, daughters, sons, family, and friends enjoying themselves together truly warmed my heart.

Career Day at Bethel’s Christian Academy was such a joy! 👩🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳

I had the best time with these little entrepreneurs as they stepped into the kitchen mindset—creating their own recipes and sharing the ingredients they’d use to bring their dishes to life. The creativity, confidence, and excitement in the room were unforgettable.

These kids are definitely little chefs in the making, and I can’t wait to see what they cook up in the future!
