The "Original" Red Osier Landmark Restaurant The Premier Dining Destination of Western New York We are a 220-seat steakhouse specializing in friendly tableside service. We are located at 6492 Main Rd.

Owners, Tim Adams and Steven Foster invite you to experience "The Premier Dining Destination of Western New York." For 30 years we have carved one ton of prime rib each week at our tables. We also prepare our famous lobster bisque and Caesar salad tableside and fire a flambe dessert for you. The menu is varied and includes seafood items, chicken, other beef items and some comfort food too. We uphold a reputation for great food and great service. (NYS Route 5) in Stafford, N.Y. -- minutes away from Exit #1 of 490 W and between Thruway Exits #47 (LeRoy) and Exit #48 (Batavia). The drive is shorter than you think and the amenities are well worth the time.

Today's Quiz: win a $50 gift certificate if you get the answer right! Tonight, our food trailers will be headed to Alexander Central and Pavilion Central for their open houses. Both owners, Steve and Tim graduated from these local schools. What school did they graduate from and what year? Winner will be selected randomly Friday.
While the trailers are out and about, Chef Joe will be opening the restaurant at 4 today. Stop on out if your in Pavilion or Alexander, or drop by the restaurant. We would love to have you!

Restaurant opens at 4 today! Our last day at the steam show in Alexander today. Being our first year here, we must say that we truly enjoyed being here and for all the people who put on this huge...and we cant state how huge it is...they do an amazing job! So friendly and the sheer organization that must be put into this is unreal. Its absolutly amazing! We hope to see you today either at the show or at the restaurant. (P.S. The Prime Rib Sundae is back at the show today!) In closing...as always GO BILLS and have a delicious day!
