Just because we are closed, the legacy can live on at your home.. here are some recipes for you to enjoy.

First our coffee. You can still order our blends at Orange County Roasters. They are amazing! Support them!

Our Scones
2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 stick of butter
1 teas of baking powder
Add dried cranberries and orange peel or dried cherries
Mix with mixer
Add 3/4 cup of buttermilk
Bake 400° 12 min

Smoothies.
Use Island Oasis Smoothie mix
Half and Half
Ice and blend!

Homemade Whipped Cream

Use whipped cream dispenser with CO2 charger
10 pumps of Vanilla Monin Syrup
Whipped Cream

Coffee blended creams and Creme Frappe’s

Big Train powder mix
Espresso
Milk and ice

Pinehurst Pimento Cheese

Cheddar, white cheddar, colby jack Cheese
2 small jars of diced pimento
1 cup of mayo
Pepper and Texas Pete hot sauce

Our Pizza..

Bonici Thin Crust Pizza 12”
Pizza Sauce (secret is released)
1 can of Full-Red Pizza Sauce with Basil
1 can of 7/11 Ground Tomatoes
1/2 cup of mined garlic
Italian seasoning
Parm/ mozzarella Cheese blend
Add toppings
Bake 450° 12 min

Cauliflower Crust pizza - Rich’s pizza crust (hard to get)

Pork BBQ - Chandlers Sweet Carolina

It is with great sadness to announce as of 3:00pm today we are closing Mantle Coffee Shoppe permanently. We want to thank our patrons and customers of whom we have grown to know and care deeply for. We hope we made somewhat of a positive impact in Stafford and will cherrish a lot of great memories. We had an amazing staff that truly loved working for you to make this place to what it was.
