The Rib Shack BBQ and Catering A full-service retail and catering company. We offer fresh smoked ribs, pulled pork, melt-in-your-mouth brisket, smoked chicken and other tasty treats!

Catering Options:
One Meat entrée with two sides includes dinner roll, paper plates, plastic utensils and condiments. Served buffet style. Delivery and set-up included. Price per person.

Professional On-site cooking with our grill or S

moker and concession trailer for an additioanl $200.00; Additional wait staff available for $20.00 per staff person per hour (travel time included). Prices above for up to 300 people; Call to discuss prices for parties over 300 people. Extra fees may apply for additional servers $20 per server per hour. Other options available upon request include dinner roll, paper plates, plastic utensils and condiments. Price per person.
