We are excited to host our dear amigo, Chef Alan "Papi" Vera (Tavola, Dorthys,Tikal) this Monday evening at the East Beach Yacht Club. Chef's menu for the special occasion is inspired by his hometown of Veracruz, Mexico, featuring local wild Georgia shrimp, fresh Florida snapper, and bacon-wrapped Sabrett all-beef hotdogs stuffed with ensalada de elote. Chief barman Bradley will be stirring up his smoky Mezcal Negronis, and we'll have spicy slushy margs in the frozey machine 🍋🟩🧂 the menu starts at 5 o'clock until we sell out. "¡Provechito!"
