The family of Roper's Ribs wants to assure our community that the health and well-being of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority. We are taking precautions to continue serving the Best BBQ In The Known Universe safely. We are open for carry-out only. We are available Thursday thru Saturday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm and Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. We encourage phone orders. Throughout the day we are frequently washing and sanitizing our hands; and the restaurant. We are wearing protective face covering and gloves. We also encourage our customers to do the same. We installed a counter safety shield. We are practicing social distancing of 6 feet. We ask our customers to only send one person to pick-up their order.

Today we made a painfully difficult decision to temporarily close our restaurant, Roper's Ribs due to the impact the COVID-19 virus has had on our business. Even though we are relatively healthy, our priority is keeping ourselves, family and our customers safe. We are hoping this will be a brief duration and will keep everyone posted.
