Proudly located in Tower Grove South and supporting the Center for Head Injury Services. Destination Café is a social enterprise restaurant that supports the Center for Head Injury Services. Destination Café is committed to improving the lives of people with brain injuries, autism and other disabilities by developing opportunities for employment and vocational training while also creating delicious, high-quality food and providing an excellent dining experience.
