Well, this was a nice surprise.
We recently came across this article about Monte Bello and wanted to share it with everyone.

Officials are urging the public to remain calm.

A severe pizza shortage is expected to begin June 1.

Monte Bello will be closed June 1–9 as staff members conduct independent pizza and food research operations across the country.

Normal operations resume June 10.

Until then, experts recommend immediate pizza consumption this weekend.

This country is not perfect, but it is ours and because of those who served and sacrificed, we have the opportunity to keep moving it forward together.

Monte Bello Pizzeria will be closed June 1st–9th.

Between graduations, vacations, and giving our hardworking crew a chance to recharge before summer, we’re taking a short break.

Don’t worry — the ovens aren’t retiring. They just need a week off before another summer of being pushed harder than a Cardinals bullpen.

Thank you for all the support. We’ll see you June 10th ready to make more pizzas than ever 🍕❤️
