A little about me... I love to wear my flip flops as long as possible in the year, love to travel, and absolutely love when clients turn into friends. :)

I have an amazing husband, Phil who is always making me laugh and two fur babies (Norah and Jill). When it's time for your session, my goal is for you to be relaxed, have as much fun as possible, and to leave feeling better than when we started. We will laugh, be a little silly, and always make sure to get the "one for grandma".

Sunday night was basically these two laughing their way through their entire engagement session
 and I am VERY here for it.

This is always my favorite part of engagement sessions—the moment you forget there’s a camera pointed at you and just start being yourselves. No stiff posing. No wondering what to do with your hands. Just the two of you, a whole lot of laughing, and me somewhere nearby hyping you up. 😂

Some of the most meaningful moments on a wedding day happen quietly.

Before the ceremony. Before the portraits. Before everyone sees you walking down the aisle.

It’s your mom’s hands helping with the dress.
Your best friend fixing one last detail.
Someone you love standing beside you while the nerves and excitement start to feel very real.

These little moments may not be the ones you think about when you’re planning your wedding day


but they’re often the ones that mean the most when you look back.

Because one day, you won’t just see the dress.

You’ll see her hands. đŸ€

And that’s exactly why I’m always watching for the moments happening in between the big ones.

Some love stories begin with a first date.

Theirs began in high school drumline. đŸ„đŸ€

Back then, I don’t think Noah and Bria could’ve imagined where those rehearsals, football games, and Friday nights would eventually lead.

But here they are.
High school sweethearts.

Surrounded by the family and friends who have watched them grow from teenagers into the people they are today.

And somewhere along the way

Noah quietly became Bria’s biggest constant.

Her first boyfriend.
And now

Her husband.

Watching them together, it’s easy to see that some things never changed.

The way Noah looks at Bria.

The way she lights up the second she catches his eye.

The comfort that comes from loving someone who has walked beside you through so many seasons of life.

Those kinds of love stories don’t happen every day.

And getting to witness the beginning of their forever was such an incredible honor.

A few weeks ago Kaitlyn’s sister reached out to help plan her surprise engagement!

 right after we arrived to the park it started pouring! We we all huddled under umbrellas waiting out the random July storm, it was Zach’s moment to shine. It will always be a moment they will never forget!

Some wedding days go exactly as planned.

Others come with surprise rain showers
 and somehow end up even more beautiful because of it.

Alyssa & Justin’s day kept us all guessing with rain on and off, but if you asked me what I remember most, it wouldn’t be the weather.

It would be Alyssa’s incredibly kind heart. The way she stayed calm, smiled through every change of plans, and soaked in every moment of their wedding day.

And Justin? 😂 He had everyone laughing all day long. The kind of groom who keeps the mood light, makes his bride laugh without even trying, and looks at her like she’s the greatest thing that’s ever happened to him.

Those are the moments I’ll remember.

Not the forecast.
Not the timeline adjustments.
Just two people who were completely present with one another all day long.

Because at the end of the day, the weather doesn’t define your wedding.

The people beside you do.

Congratulations, Alyssa & Justin. Thank you for trusting me to tell your story. It was such a joy to celebrate alongside you.
