The Schnitzel “Slider” is anything but.

You’ve got a massive pork cutlet, hand breaded and crispy fried, topped with house pickles, mustard, and slaw. Crispy, tangy, and delicious, this thing is an absolute UNIT and pairs perfectly with an ice cold beer.

August is National Sandwich Month and all great sandwiches start with great bread. Our fluffy, buttery focaccia bread is baked fresh, in-house, every day.

From our Porchetta Pastrami to our Barbacoa Melt or The Smoked Turkey Club to our monstrous B.L.T.
You could say that we started the focaccia sandwich “renaissance” in STL.

On top of that, Modern Renaissance, our fan favorite West-Coast Style IPA, is back flowing and available in 4-PKs at the Taproom!

This luscious DIPA jumps right out of the glass with big aromas of bright citrus and sweet melon. Light on the palate with a creamy, pithy finish. Decadent and dangerously drinkable at 8.25% ABV.
