BLT’s Breakfast, Lunch & Tacos is looking for an experienced, dependable Kitchen Manager to help lead our downtown St. Louis kitchen.
We need a hands-on professional who takes pride in running an organized, efficient kitchen and setting a strong example for the team. The right person is trustworthy, arrives on time, follows through on responsibilities, communicates clearly, and works well under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and supporting the kitchen team
• Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Managing preparation, inventory, ordering, and waste
• Enforcing cleanliness and food-safety standards
• Training employees and holding the team accountable
• Keeping the kitchen prepared for busy breakfast and lunch service
• Working alongside the team whenever necessary
Qualified candidates should have previous restaurant kitchen leadership experience, reliable transportation, strong attendance, and the ability to manage people professionally.
