👋🏻 Hi, I’m Heather and I’m the baker behind Slow Dough Bakery. A little about me:

- I’ve been trying to master sourdough for almost 2 years.
- I grew my own starter.
- I just recently started Slow Dough Bakery and became official in the state of Missouri.
- I’ve been happily married for almost 13 years.
- I’ve been living with heart failure ever since having our 4th child.
- I love CrossFit.
- I’m excited to grow this new business.
