Yesterday was a BLAST. Manny ventured off to LA for the Perfect Pour Mission hosted by LUKR CZ at the brand new, West Coast, Niteglow
This course is not only an excellent resource but it is also a refreshing reminder that b**r quality, down to the pour, is still revered and excites people.
Having these courses pop up around the US is amazing and I recommend it to any bartender whether or not you use Lukr faucets at your bar.

We recently got together with our homie at Perennial On Lockwood for a collaboration. That can only mean one thing…a b**r dinner is coming up!

Join us once again on Monday November 9th for a collaborative, family style, b**r dinner featuring 3 courses and a dessert paired with collaboration b**rs!

This dinner also serves as the release for our newest collaboration “Sphere of Influence”. An American style Pilsner with honey.

On this episode of “What Counts as a Starch?” We get together with our good friends and soon to be neighbors at Bluewood Brewing to brew up a Rice L***r. Not just any rice l***r though. A rice l***r with very very many ramen noodle packets.

“LOFI w/ Rice” is brewed carefully and thoughtfully with Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. Pilsner Malt, Brown Rice, Cara malts and ramen noodles. This b**r was also hopped sparingly (and at times individually) with Tettnanger and Saaz.

Wrapping up the brew day we stuffed some G&W Bavarian Style Sausage Co. brats into the hot mash to cook for some lunch time Treberwurst. 🌭
