If my schedule is full for the current week, I'll offer a pickup date for the following week, or the week after. Also, because my cakes are made to order, I usually bake them the day before they are scheduled to be picked up, so as to maintain their freshness. As always, I pride myself on delivering a quality product and customer satisfaction is my top priority.
